OKLAHOMA BUCKSKIN HORSE ASSOCIATION
The Oklahoma Buckskin Horse Association (OBHA) was formed & incorporated in 1981. The club is operated & conducted as a non-profit association in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The purpose of the club is to make the public aware of and to encourage interest in Buckskin, Dun, Red Dun and Grulla horses through competition. We offer a valuable avenue to our youth by showing them the pride, excitement and challenge involved in the raising, breeding, and showing of Buckskin horses - while continuing to improve the breed. Our goal is to create a fun, family environment for all horse lovers in which to show their horses with excitement and challenge of competition.
ABRA AFFILIATE
OBHA is a charter affiliate of the American Buckskin Registry Association (ABRA) and lifetime points can be earned by registered ABRA horses at OBHA shows. You can strive toward receiving ABRA awards such as a Register of Merit, Championship, and/or Supreme Championship...just to name a few.
